Povo Pankararu [Pankararu People]
Aislan portrays the soul. His work is full of life, history, and ancestry.
The medical artist desires bodies, with figures that refer to organs, tissues, and molecules, in a state of health and illness. The man connected to the land paints the biomes where he has lived, with the whites of the Caatinga, the ochres of the Cerrado, and the greens of the Atlantic Forest. The Pankararu carries the atavistic strength of his people in the inspiration of his original art.
Aislan is great. He has a big soul, just like his work.
